It looks like the S2 première title reported on IMDB was wrong. Here’s what EOnline posted yesterday:

The season two premiere will pick up right where things left off in the season one finale, and now fans know just a little bit more about the episode. E! Online revealed the following:

“We can tell you that the season two premiere, titled “Broken,” will be a Snow White-centric episode.”

During the episode, Snow White and Prince Charming will be reunited once again with the woman they now know is their daughter.
